Council members' responsibilities:
To handle internal meetings of HAAT.
To participate in various meetings or negotiations with related parties or organizations on behalf of HAAT.
To submit helpful comments and have close relationships with various related parties or organizations to increase the effectiveness of HAAT in achieving its mission.
Members' responsibilities:
Members should not use HAAT's name in carrying activities that contradict with HAAT's policies or regulations.
Members should not use HAAT's name in carrying out illegitimate activities.
Members should respect and follow HAAT's missions, regulations and decisions.
If choosing to participate in HAAT's activities, members should make the appropriate payments as indicated.
