Ta Kung Pao – Aviation Industry Symposium|Experts and Councilors Suggestions on Building Airport Express 2.0 to Connect Airports at Greater Bay Area

Developed aviation transportation capabilities and airport economy are one of the core growth poles of the world-class Greater Bay Area. “Ta Kung Pao” recently held a symposium on “Innovation, Change, Linked Development – New Productivity of Aviation Industry at Greater Bay Area “. Industry stakeholders, experts and Councilors who attended the symposium proposed a number of collaborative development initiatives for Greater Bay Area airport cluster, including Create “Airport Express 2.0” to connect the airports in Hong Kong and Shenzhen to strengthen multimodal transport, expand the “Dongguan Airport Center Model” to meet the mainland’s high value-added industries’ demand for aviation transportation, while allowing Hong Kong to better integrate into and serve the Greater Bay Area District, etc., to jointly build a world-class airport cluster that is high-quality, efficient, sustainable, and more internationally competitive.
